Welcome

Welcome to the Americraft Business Careers website.

TAKE A BRIEF JOURNEY TO A LASTING CAREER!

Watch this video to see if you meet the basic qualifications.

IT'S NOT A JOB, IT'S A CAREER.
With rewards, bonuses, and new opportunities to build a lifetime business.

Over 100 years ago, the West Bend Company in WI developed a system of food preparation that swept the nation. However, to educate people on proper food preparation, the process required a demonstration of the products. This resulted in thousands of Independent Distributors selling millions of people on the concept of retaining food quality by not boiling the vegetables. They called it “waterless cooking.”

The end result was better health and wellness. Today, Americraft’s Trade Show Hosts enjoy the luxury of customers coming to them at over 4,000 trade shows and expos throughout the U.S. and Canada.

This can be your business, and Americraft has streamlined the process. Quite simply, you set up, tell the story and take the orders. Americraft does the rest! It's a career and a business where your efforts determine your progress.

The Americraft Administrative Team:

  • finds the shows.
  • schedules and pays for the shows.
  • ensures that you have everything you need to succeed at the show.

All you do is set up and sell! With our many years of experience, we know what works.  We have a proven script that results in new business as well as additional business from returning customers. We've included an example of our demonstration below. Our demonstration can be divided into 5 sections: 1) Building an Audience, 2) Cooking the Food, 3) Educating, 4) Serving the Food, and 5) The Close. The Chef featured in the video is Virgil Tanner. He has been with the company since 2001 and made over $200,000 his first year! Watch each section of the video and read through the information. Soon you'll be able to determine if you would be a good candidate for your own Americraft Business Career!

BUILDING AN AUDIENCE
This is your opportunity to make a great first impression! Build the audience, connect with the people and make new friends. Friends buy from friends and your ability to relate to your audience really influences your success. You’re a performer/entertainer and an educator teaching people health and wellness through proper food preparation. Our shows are one of the most popular attractions at events so you must be professional, articulate and love people!

BEGIN COOKING
After building an audience, you begin cooking and explaining the Americraft cooking method. Eating is not a fad, and the Food Network® has become one of the most popular networks on television. You, as a Distributor, will be a local celebrity.

We prepare foods based on the demographics of the audience and the location of the show. If we’re at the Houston Livestock Show, we show off our beef skills. If we’re at the Fayetteville Home Show, where Purdue and Tyson’s Chicken call home, we serve poultry. If we’re at a medical convention, we do vegetarian meals. And if we’re at the Strawberry Festival, we bake strawberry-upside-down cake - using no oven! The Americraft thermal construction with 7 layers of metals allows our chefs to perform stovetop baking to save energy and keep a cool kitchen.

EDUCATE
While the foods are cooking, you will move into Part 3 of your show. This is educating the audience about the natural health benefits found in foods and the different types of metals used to construct cookware. You will also explain why only stainless steel is used in commercial kitchens and medical equipment.

If you have fun, your audience has fun and participates throughout your 40-minute show. Most exciting is their reaction when you announce that everything is manufactured in America and that the new Americraft factory is completely environmentally friendly and is Green-e Certified using 100% renewable energy.

SERVE FOOD
Part 4 of the show is simply serving the foods to the audience.  This lets them taste the difference, which is quite amazing when all of the colors, flavors and nutrients have not been boiled away and poured down the drain.

THE CLOSE
The final part of the show is the Close. At this point, some of the people in your audience will choose to leave, and those who have an interest will stay. No pressure — just relating, educating and helping people be healthier. The best part is that we influence hundreds of people each day and make a difference in their lives regardless if they become a customer or not. They all leave motivated to be healthier and take the message home to their families.

But we still have to make a living, and this final part of the show is where you profit!

Do people buy? They certainly do, and have for over 100 years! Our business thrives - even during economic challenges. People cocoon, eat at home and take “stay-cations” to local events instead of exotic vacations. We appear in over 4,000 local events across the U.S. and Canada, and there are many more events wanting us to perform. That’s why we’re looking for talent. It could be you!

Statistically speaking, we know that for every adult staying for our close, an average of $105 in new business will result. Some buy pieces, some small sets and some purchase large packages to replace everything in their kitchen. Singles, newlyweds and families all buy. The more people you have at the close, the better your business is. In fact, you should perform 5-6 shows a day. If you have 10 people at the end of each show who average $105 in purchases, that’s about $5,200 in sales which is very common. Your results improve with experience. Plus, you will have repeat customers who will come back to see you each year.

The next step.

Can you be self-motivated enough to be your own boss and responsibly run a small business where all the 'behind the scenes' work is done for you? You simply set up and sell - no employees, no inventory, no paper chasing! We do that for you so you can do what we train you to do best - set up and sell!

The next step is to apply. You can apply online at this site or by fax at 352-483-7603. Our Distributor Development Department will call you and ask you some preliminary questions and answer any that you may have. Once you are approved we send you an agreement and forward you our script. (You will need to know the script prior to attending training.) We can then schedule you for training at one of our 4 training facilities. Before you start training, we will find shows in your area for you to attend with existing Distributors. This will give you the opportunity to observe and speak with that Distributor - one on one.

While in training, you will practice the presentation and diligently study the materials furnished to you by Americraft. After classroom training, you will be attending show training and OIC (Oh, I SEE!) class. Our goal is to have you graduated from training in 2 to 3 weeks and making money by successfully conducting business on your own.

As an Intern Distributor, you’ll learn the equivalent of a college degree in many subjects: business, marketing, sales, psychology, sociology, communications, and one other that is not offered in any school in America - attitude. Your level of success depends greatly on your attitude.

You’ll also receive intense training in public speaking. Our hosts are educators far more than they are salespeople. We teach you to properly present the facts and let the consumer make the decision to purchase.

At Americraft Cookware, your training continues throughout your career. You will be assigned a Sales Manager who will be your coach and mentor. We also schedule regional seminars every six months, as well as annual conventions.

Once trained, you will be provided an exhibit, and assigned your own Internal Sales Director or "ISD," who will book, schedule and pay for your shows. You’ll be on your way with your new career!

Let’s talk money.

As an Independent Distributor, your profit margin ranges from 15% to 40%, so a $4,000 day will earn you from $600 to $2,000. Using an average of 20%, you can easily earn $1,000 a day if you work hard and follow the company’s proven program.

In addition, Americraft budgets 10% from our profit to pay for your show space rent, and if you make certain sales levels, you receive additional bonuses.

Yes, you can earn $1,000 a day, contract 150 days, and earn $150,000 your first year. Read and watch the testimony videos in the Distributor Testimonies section of this website and you will get pretty excited. It’s not a job; it’s a business career. If you’re fortunate enough to be accepted on to our team, today could be the best day of the rest of your life!

Kab & Sophal Benefield started in 2003. They have not earned under $300,000 in any year.

Charlie Abbate is a father of 5, works within 200 miles of home and has earned in excess of $150,000 every year for 10 years. During two of those years, he was also a full-time seminary student.
